No Income to report?

Hi guys. I have 2 clients that have no income. They only have social security income. When I try to e-file their forms, it says that "At least one of the following must be present in an e-filed return: total income, AGI, tax on income, total credits, total tax, or total payments". How can I move forward with e-filing these returns? I haven't had this issue in previous years using other software. Thanks.

if the SS is their only income then they have no requirement to file a return

Another reason to file in case like this might be to document the carry forward of tax attributes. Whatever they may be, it is rare but possible.
