2019 tax returns

where are the completed 2019 Tax returns that were filed ?

1. On the left panel, click on Tax Returns. 

2. On the dashboard next to the panel, in the top-left corner, you'd see Tax Year 2020.  Click on 2020 and select 2019 from the dropdown. 

3. On the next screen, you'd see all your 2019 returns.

I did all of that before I posted this question

the completed & filed returns are not there

It says I did not complete any returns

Are you sure that use are using the cloud based ProConnect Tax?
Maybe ProSeries?

I used the desktop pro series for years & switched to cloud based last year

when I click on 2019 it says that no returns were filed when in fact multiple returns were filed.

It has a list of my clients as if its the beginning of 2019

 it does not have my completed 2019 returns.

Your other thread says you are looking for 4 business returns you prepared for 2015-2019.  Were all these returns prepared in 2019 using PTO?

I found them
logged into a site I did not use all year:intuit.com !  (never used this)
will delete the other from my bookmarks
