Can you change from pro connect to pro series, I am not sure I am liking the pro connect

If you already have been doing returns in ProConnect, then you'll need to reach out to support. I believe the process is that they'll create Lacerte files of your ProConnect files, so that you can convert them to ProSeries.

ProConnect works well, but it does take time to figure the program out. Try spending some time with a few training videos in one screen, with the program in another window. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=proconnect+tax+online+training
The move will likely NOT involve using the dollars you paid ProConnect being transferred to ProSeries. You can create dummy tax returns to practice on. As long as you DO NOT print or e-file the return, it does not use any of your REP credits.

proconnect is real good .. stick w proconnect
