That makes it official - all of the Drake users bought Drake for one reason - it’s cheap.

84% liked Drake because of the price -- but 72% also liked it because of the support.  How many people liked ProSeries for its support?  19%.

Based on what we see here on a regular basis, so do a lot of ProSeries users.  There are a lot of folks out there that really shouldn't be charging other folks for tax return preparation. ☹️
