Does anyone have a Fee schedule by form for 2022 1040 preparation that they could share?
That will vary tremendously, based on where you live, the type of clients you have, your skill level and more. So my fees could possibly be much different than your fees.
If you are a member of NATP, they just released a fee study not that long ago:

Or Drake has one too:
In many fields and/or professions, the complexity of the work performed influences the fee. For example, among doctors one would think that a cardiologist would have a higher annual salary/income than a dentist would, on average.
Bill sent me down a rabbit hole, just because I am Curious George

In other words - If you aren't loosing clients because of the fee you are charging - You are not charging enough.
Also keep in mind what home prepared software cost an individual to screw it up themselves?
