Anyone else get ripped off by Lacerte. After the 2023 filing season ended I purchased 300 esignatures which I assumed would be good for 2024 tax filings nothing that popped up said anything different only that they must be used by 12/31/2027. Now come to find out they can only be applied to 2023 returns and they refuse to refund my money. Absolutely criminal. Who in the %%$% does 300 more returns after the due date

I'm sorry, that is frustrating. If I recall correctly, the expiration date is listed when you purchase. If not when you purchase, on the docusign dashboard so that you see it coming to call in advance to discuss it.
Heads up, I always call a sales rep during the summer to ask for better bulk pricing than I see on the website. Not game-changing, but savings add up!
