I'm sorry, that is frustrating. If I recall correctly, the expiration date is listed when you purchase. If not when you purchase, on the docusign dashboard so that you see it coming to call in advance to discuss it.

Heads up, I always call a sales rep during the summer to ask for better bulk pricing than I see on the website. Not game-changing, but savings add up!
