ProConnect is claiming I made an order I didn't make! I didn't know an order was even made on my profile, until reviewing my credit card statement. I saw then that I was charged the correct amount for the pre order that I did make all the way back in May 2025, as well as for an additional amount for an order I did not make! I submitted a refund request and ProConnect denied it claiming one can only get a refund within 5 days of order, well since I didn't make this order and didn't know it occurred, it was over a month until it showed up on my credit card from the date on the order summary I found on my online profile. I had no email notification of this order, but I do have email notifications for the charge that I did make! So how does that work, they fraudulently charge my account, then refuse to refund me! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! What other NOT INTUIT products are people using?? I will direct all clients away from Intuit going forward.
Did you contest the charge with the Credit Card company. Have them investigate it as fraud and get a refund from the card company.
