Shirley is just looking for practice advice as to how to change her renewal. It's kinda like calling a business and getting several choices to pick from their automated operator to get to talk to the right person. Did you ever call one of those and have to listen to the message two or three times just to try to figure out which one of the options is the closest to matching your problem?
As a side note at least 1/3 of the posts here land in the wrong bucket. So if Shirley did click on the wrong button, she would hardly be the first person to do it.
