Lacerte Client Invoice Payments - Connect to create invoice in QBO or QB Payments so can be resent

Lacerte has a feature to connect to QuickBooks payments. However, it is currently impossible to resend an invoice generated in Lacerte e-signature function without deleting the entire e-signature. Also, I thought by connecting my QuickBooks payments account to Lacerte that when I send out e-signature with an invoice to my clients it would generate an invoice in either QBO or QuickBooks Payments. Currently, a random invoice is generated in Lacerte that doesn't show up in QBO or QB Payments until it is actually paid. This is problematic if a client either doesn't receive the payment email or signs the e-signature and doesn't make the payment right away.  At that point I either have to void the entire e-signature package and resend or send an invoice separately. Either way is NOT at all user friendly.

Thanks for the idea for invoices sent with e-signature to generate in QBO and Quickbooks Payments before invoice payment. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it has been around for over 30 days and no longer considered "New".

Can lacerte sync invoice created to qbo. I see it works for desktop. Can this also be implemented for online
