Fix for e-filing the TX Franchise return when it meets the No Tax Due Threshold but has affiliates and a 05-166

Continuouslearner

Lacerte is generating a Critical E-file diagnostic 60174 when the entity has met the No Tax Due Threshold of revenue at or less than $2,470,000 and filing an 05-166 Affiliate form and the entity only needs to file the 05-102 and the 05-102 for the Affiliate.   This prevents e-filing as TX is not accepting the 05-166 with the 05-102 Please put a check box to override or suppress the 05-166 similar to the one on screen 43.431 for the Partnership module for the 05-167.

This simple fix should allow the e-filing of the 05-102 when you have an affiliate and revenue is at or below the $2,470,000 revenue No Tax Due Threshold.
