e-File Post-Transmission Summary Report Corrections

The e-File Post-Transmission Summary Report needs:

1. Show the tax return year.  Not everybody in the whole world is current with their tax return filings.
2. The "postmarked by" line at the bottom of each entry should read "CDT" and not "CST."  That change happened way back in March.

Here we are now on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, and both of these items are still broken.  What's the problem?  These are not enhancements.  The report is wrong.  Please fix it.

"Open for Voting" does not mean it will get changed. It actually means nothing.

The good news is, the polls never close. 

The bad news is, they never tabulate the votes to see who won the election. 😞
