DRIVER'S LICENSE INFO

We are in NYS and NY requires the driver's license information be provided for each taxpayer.  WHY can't Lacerte transfer the information?  WHY do I have to waste hours upon hours entering the information every single year?  It takes over 10 hours a year just to transfer the driver's license information and that is time better spent on actual tax processing.

Also I have brought this up in the past and have been told it's best to put it here, I need NYS Limited Liability (Form IT-204LL) to be included in the individual display, it is included on the partnerships but I have many single member LLC's and this would be very helpful.

We have been told before that this is a Tax Authority requirement, not Intuit.

If Intuit said that, there a probably a 70%+ chance that it is NOT a Tax Authority requirement.

Having used multiple tax software programs, I can tell you that none of them transfer the DL/ID info from the previous year.
