Create ability to tie assets together on the depreciation screen

There is already a way to tie assets together when doing a bulk sale, but it would be nice to tie assets together during their creation or after. This would be useful for things like improvements to properties. This way, when we look at the value of the property, we can see that there are other assets (improvements) that need to be taken into consideration. Also, we've unfortunately had times where an asset was disposed without everything that supposed to go with it (e.g. a tractor was sold and later we realized that a component of the tractor was listed as a separate asset and didn't get included in the disposition).

Thanks for the idea to tie assets together on depreciation screen. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
