Submitted by wayneh on 12-15-2023 10:26 AMAs of now you cannot convert from LLC to S corp without creating a new client and HAVING TO ENTER ALL FIXED ASSETS IN DETAIL INTO A NEW DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE. THIS IS VERY TIME CONSUMING AND SEEMS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.
This needs to be a high priority to give us a solution
