Submitted by rzamloot on 01-25-2022 04:34 PMIt seems there is an issue changing the email address associated with an Intuit Link client. In association with a Lacerte support representative, I wanted to and did in fact change the email address (to that of the client spouse), the result of which was to delete the 2021 organizer questions as well as delete the (prior years) documents that I had uploaded for client access.
I then changed the email address back to the original, re-invited the client and then the documents reappeared. The 2021 organizer questions however, did not reappear.
I want to suggest that an enhancement be made to allow for a change to the email address associated with an Intuit Link client without any changes made to any of the Link history.
