Submitted by dfitch on 12-19-2023 09:06 AMThere are a few exceptions to having to file a FAE 170 for TN LLCs, S-corps and C-corps. Those exceptions are claimed on an FAE 183 form and can be filed electronically, but Lacerte doesn't offer that option (Ultra Tax does).
