There are a few exceptions to having to file a FAE 170 for TN LLCs, S-corps and C-corps. Those exceptions are claimed on an FAE 183 form and can be filed electronically, but Lacerte doesn't offer that option (Ultra Tax does).

Thanks for the idea to support FAE 170, FAE 183 for TN LLCs, S-corps and C-corps for e-file. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
