bank is wanting something showing name and tax id for 1 member llc rental

Hopefully no banker reads this, but bankers tend to be stupid when it comes to looking at tax returns.  Tell the banker that those things don't show up on schedule E.  If they don't like your answer, manually write the info on top of a copy of schedule E and give it to the bank.

Give the bank a copy of the IRS CP-575, or possibly a copy of the state return, if one is required.
