Lacerte required me to change my password to go into their tax software.
We can successfully login to 2023 tax with the new login.
When I try to login to 2019 tax with the new login, I get the message LACERTE UNABLE TO VALIDATE YOUR CREDENTIALS & throws me out of 2019 tax software. Anyone know why>
Anyone tell me how to fix it where I can login 2019 tax program?

It has nothing to do with the updated password.
All years had to be updated by 12/31/23.
Re-install the software (use WebSetUp or Tool Hub or go to MyAcount), and no, you won't loose your data. But you 'do' have it backed up anyway, right?
