The development of some Connecticut forms are currently experiencing longer than usual development times due to the implementation of significant changes to the state's tax laws affecting the pass-through entities. Given the delay, the DRS will agree to to forgo otherwise applicable penalty and interest, as long as taxpayers file the applicable return(s) and pay the associated liabilities in full by April 15, 2025.
