Yep, same for me, no access to either 2021 or 2020.
On hold with Intuit as we speak.

Likely because the software wasn't update prior to Dec 31, 2023 (as was necessary per various Intuit notices...).
Reinstall the software either from 'MyAccount", using ToolHub, or WebSetUp.
And no, you won't lose your data [but, of course, you have a good backup (or two) anyway - right?]
