NEW TO LACERTE WHERE DO I FIND FORM 8689

I don't believe Lacerte supports it.  You enter the allocated amount in the last field in the 6th section of Screen 38.2.

Enter the amount from a manually prepared Form 8689. The program includes this amount in the Payments section of Form 1040

The quickest path is Forms view. Find the 8689 (there is a little box Show All, that you may have to click). Now figure out what you want where on the form. 

I do not see that form. Another approach is to use Ctrl + F to search for a input. 8689 leads to Screen 38.2 Allocation to tax to Virgin Island, i.e. the net from the form.
