Where do I input info for residential energy efficiency improvements such as new windows and a boiler?

All I see is input screen 38.2, but only fields for Solar, wind, & fuel cell electric generating property.

I see, the Nonbusiness Energy Tax Credit expired in 2017.  Thank you
