Are you looking to generate this form from a passthrough?
Are you looking to input this form into a return?
In all likelihood, it is NOT in the software yet. For input, I would either expect it for input in the 1040 near the 1099 input, State Credits, or part of the k-1 input.
For now, wait and see.
