Upper/lower case option for returns

I have my return option set to upper case printing but the view switches to upper & lower case but itself. I then close the program and restart and the upper case only is present again.  This switch is happening quite regularly and is a real annoyance.  Any one have an solutions

There are other posts on this issue. It appears that using the FORCE install fixes it. Try the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-l... and select the FORCE install

Didn't work for me.  Still doing it.

The option only works on the returns, not the client letter. Be sure Screen 1 is input with ALL CAPS and I think that will fix it.
