Can Lacerte create a pdf tax return walk-through for new users? For example, I came from using UltraTax. We could print a 1040, 1120S, 990, etc. Walk-Through for new users. It would give them an idea on how to create an new tax return, enter data, preview, and print returns. It would even go into adding states. This was a pdf so it did not have to be updated much each year. It was updated just for changes in the program.
So far, I haven't found very good training for this software

The webinars here: https://proconnect.intuit.com/training/software-webinars/ likely have PDF handouts.
The videos are available on-demand for no CPE credit, or live for an hour of CPE each.

You can load demo clients from restoring from C:\Lacerte\20Tax\DEMODATA for each module (substitute the year you want for the 20 and your drive program drive letter for the appropriate letter). Set the client ID as all 9s to avoid REP charges. You still need to do the REP, but there will be no charge.
I strongly suggest you review your converted returns. Check especially for depreciation and state accuracy. For the 1040, once you see that the return matches what was filed go to Screen 3 and scroll down to the last entry before Organizer Miscellaneous and remove the checkmark. This will make a cleaner organizer and proforma. WAIT as long as you can to do either, as the first few releases of next year and this year's organizer & proforma will not be ready for primetime. You will be presented a screen offering "Do you want to transfer 2020 ..." Say No and consider checking the box to not ask again. The 2021 organizer & proforma will be done in the 2020 program (I know - weird!)
