I just opened the option for time tracking per the recent Help advice posted. I notice existing time accumulated for several clients (that we have yet to work on, one already has 4 hr and 17 mins reflected) but yet no one in our office has worked on the clients (in fact they can't because the client did not deliver their data yet).
How can I reset the time to start fresh?
Is the time accumulated for all staff who accessed the client and worked on the data? If so can I see the time spent by staff person who worked on the client?
On Surface the concept of tracking time looks attractive, but the devil is in the details?
