When I "Email (PDF)" a tax return to a client, it loads up on my email platform, but when I send it, it disappears. Not working. I can print to a PDF, and then send it, but I want that password protection I used to get. It doesn't work for 2023 returns either, though it worked fine all last year.
"General MAPI" comes up as a possible problem, whatever that is.
I was forced into the NEW Hotmail/Outlook platform recently. Maybe it has something to to with that?
I have talked with 3 different Lacerte support staff. Each one is working out of their home, and appear to not be very competent. And of course after much googling and using other formats, they can't find out what the issue might be. I hate to lose confidence with Lacerte.
Anyone know anything?
