Disconcerting.
I got a credit card charge for 28.23 on 8/13 then an email from Intuit for a refund of 28.22 that arrived in my Inbox today. .01Cents!
Intuit support so far has spent 20 minutes and knows only that this is a Rightworks charge but not the reason.
Update: Support did not have a definitive answer; she told me it was accidental. 😠
