Requested taxes to be withdrawn from taxpayer account. Lacerte confirmed.

I requested to have taxpayer's taxes due to be withdrawn from bank account. All input was correct. No payments withdrawn for extension 2022 or tax estimates 2023. 

I contacted support, unable to get a satisfactory answer. Support reached out to higher support. No answer to support request. Told by support not Lacerte responsibility to withdrawal. Tax payer must contact IRS. I requested case # and support person named Rick in North Carolina hung up on me.

Unable to reach any supervisor.  

Customer for 22 years. As we know, Lacerte is not cheap.

Alert to all Lacerte customers, be aware the requested tax

It's an IRS thing, not an Intuit thing.  When the IRS gets around to it, the money will be pulled.  Until then, everyone needs to have a little patience.
