I requested to have taxpayer's taxes due to be withdrawn from bank account. All input was correct. No payments withdrawn for extension 2022 or tax estimates 2023.
I contacted support, unable to get a satisfactory answer. Support reached out to higher support. No answer to support request. Told by support not Lacerte responsibility to withdrawal. Tax payer must contact IRS. I requested case # and support person named Rick in North Carolina hung up on me.
Unable to reach any supervisor.
Customer for 22 years. As we know, Lacerte is not cheap.
