Reading the Help Articles: Why can't I read the article? I am signed in, but see a 'lock' on each article, after I click it.

I am signed in but cannot read the article. Any ideas why?

Because Intuit has not been updating many of the links.  You can sometimes get better results by doing a Google search for the site here but some links will still say that the article has moved.  The search function within this Community is hopeless.

If you can't find what you need in the end, post your question here and someone may be able to help.
