For the past three days, it gets to downloading 22INY.zip, then it hangs (even overnight). Is anyone else having problems downloading the update? And has anyone else had trouble posting questions on this piece of crap forum?

I haven't had any trouble posting questions, or getting help/answers, or even posting to help others with their questions.
But, I don't consider this forum a piece of crap. YMMV

What is in this zip file you are trying to download? If you are trying to install NY for 2022, use 2022 Lacerte Web Setup to do a new install and pick the extra states or modules you want.
Please recognize that when you post here, you are asking other users. If you really want to get frustrated with Lacerte Support - CALL THEM.

I have had these types of issues for the last few years. I'd love to hear if others experience them as well.
