Turn off Bold Printing

How do I change printing preferences in Lacerte?  The federal return is printing in lower case and bold and the State return is printing uppercase and not bold.  In Tax Return Options, I have text style set as Mixed Case.  There is no option for Bold or not.  There  are also no options for state to print differently. If there are, I can't find them.  How do I turn off the bold feature?  I am using Lacerte in hosting.

Is it one particular state? It might be the state's specs.

Try the Lacerte Tool Hub https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-error... Use the Printing repair tools for the printer and for pdf. Maybe that will fix it.

I don't see the Lacerte Tool Hub as one of the available apps in the App Hub on the Lacerte Hosting platform with RightNetWorks.

I did not know you were on hosting. Tool Hub is for desktop version. I suggest you call support to discuss the issue it could be the hosting OR it could be the software OR is could be your printer driver OR ...
