We do exempt organization tax returns and several of them have the NY Char500, which now has to be efiled on the NYS website. in 2021 tax version we could still print the NY Char500, however, in 2022 is doesn't even give us any input sceen (however limited) for this form.
the instructions in the letter, still indicted that the NY Char500 must be mailed in, which is obsolete - as of last October or November 2022, NY decided to make this change.
will the instructions be corrected for this soon ?
does anyone else have this problem. perhaps I am missing something simple in my software?
