I apologize in advance for asking a question I'm sure I saw the answer to. Can an individual real estate professional sell multiple properties in a bulk sale? Sold to all different entities.

He can sell whatever he wants to whomever he wants. What's the real question here?

He sold 6 properties. Do they have to be listed separately?

6 properties sold to different entities is not a Bulk Sale. You have 6 individual sales.
