Requested call from higher up because my issue is not getting resolved but no call back two days in a row.
My issue is going on for last two weeks. Very frustrating.

I just spoke to someone at Lacerte who said that 1/2 of the support staff at Lacerte were out sick last week. That may be why it is taking so long to get a reply. I understand how frustrating it is to not get answers.

Based on the complaints about waiting on hold for support, it appears 1/2 of support has been off for years.
