Lacerte is not accepting my login credentials today.
Intuit appears to be having issues with credentialing today for its Lacerte program. Several other users are experiencing the same issue. Started for us with lack of online feature functionality (e-signature for example) before expanding to include general login for the software platform. Our firm has seen success in attempting to login repeatedly to force our way in eventually, but no word on online features or if this issue has been fully resolved.
Hopefully, Intuit fixes this soon.
