My Lacerte crashes 5 to 8 times a day and each time it crashes, my display settings are gone.

I have yet to see a fix. I was told that possibly deleting the user profile settings folder and having the program make a new file is an option.
My new problem is I cant see any partnership returns. None are populating.
I have had 5 different people in my office sit on the phone with Lacerte at 1 - 2 hours for each phone call. They said we have a corrupt "Options" file, they fix it and then the problem persists. I am really disappointed with Lacerte's product and customer service this year"

Short answer. YES.
Going on 10 days now. 3 calls to Support. No fix.
Force install did not work.
Changing options files PROFXO and ProfLog to PROFXOOLD and ProfLogOLD did not work.
Changing 19tax.ini to 19taxOLD.ini did not work.
Changing Malware and Firewall settings to recommending settings did not work.
Calling again tomorrow (since no client meetings Saturday).
