We are entering information to make critical diagnostics go away, and the system is not recognizing the changes. Is anyone else having this problem? We did the latest update this morning. Thanks.

yes. I tried efiling NC 6 different times with the information that needed to be included according to the rejection code diagnostic. for auto debit of NC estimated taxes it was being rejected because the name, last name, phone number and email address wouldn't flow to the needed NC debit section from the client information screen. finally gave up and abandoned the auto debit and efiled the tax return. I know it can be done because I've done it in the past with other tax software (CCH Axcess) but it would not work with Lacerte. 😞
