My colleagues are able to access the training videos, etc. under the resources tab. It is asking me for the account number and then it doesn't allow me and instead directs me to the Administrator for our firm. He says mine should work. Any ideas? Thank you!!
It sounds like you may still need to be added to the My Account Access portion of the account. This article shows the admin what to do: Manage Users for Lacerte, they'll want the "Invite a user" section. When they assign rights there are two settings, MY ACCOUNT ACCESS and SOFTWARE ACCESS. Software access allows you to sign into Lacerte itself and the My Account Access is what let's you sign in to the web page and access the training. The minimum rights you need under My Account Access is Training & Employee. That let's you sign in to watch training but not make account changes.
