I have a large partnership client (400+ partners) that keeps giving me errors when attempting to proforma from 2020 to 2021. I have gone through and deleted the client data in the 2021 PData folder, and retried to no avail. I have also saved a copy of the client and attempted to proforma the copy and still no luck there. Do you know what may be causing this?

Is the 2020 return locked? If so, back it up, unlock it and try again. For some reason locked returns are sometimes stubborn to proforma.
