Lacerte 2020 Install and Preparers and Statuses Did not roll

We recently installed Lacerte 2020 and the preparers and master options and statuses did not roll to the new 20 from 19. 

I didn't see any errors during the install or see any options to roll over these categories. The install path and file path is pointing to the correct location.

What is required to make sure this happens and the proper data rolls to version 20?

This is from the 2019 program.  You will need to do it in 2020.
