Since June 15 when Microsoft dropped internet explorer 2017 comes up with a non-removal screen saying the browser, I am using is not compatible. Specificity internet explorer, I do not have that browser on the new Windows 11 computer. None of the 5 agents has been able to fix it. Any suggestions?

Lacerte login error 6/22/22 - Intuit Accountants Community
Intuit released an update shortly after tax season which, surprisingly, I missed too. What worked for me:
Use the Lacerte Tool Hub to WebSetup/force (under the Install tab) the update to Lacerte 2017 (and 2016 too). After that, we got the normal login screen.
