If you are looking for Intuit to do you a favor, all hope is lost.
this is obviously a NYS issue, not even a Lacerte issue, obviously. I would hope that Lacerte would have been in touch with NYS at some point. No reason why everything else can be proforma'd, but not NYS drivers licenses. Makes no sense!
I don't do NY, but often Intuit interprets tax rules differently than some other folks and institutes policies that may or may not be correct based on those rules.
