Good Morning!
Anyone else having issues with logging into Lacerte. I was in the middle of cranking out returns and all of sudden during a print it hung. Tried to restart, run web setup and getting errors unable to communicate, Just tried to log into 2023 to see if there are issues withing Lacerte like past years towards the deadline, took forever to load, now getting an error message "Firm administrator needs to grant you access" and "Firm administrator needs to provide you access"

MY GUESS Try the Lacerte Tool Hub https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-error... Look for the FORCE option to reinstall the software. Turn your computer off afterwards and restart.
You may have to contact support to resolve it, but your opener of the program hanging up makes me think the reinstall and restart may fix it.
