Indiana efile is not showing amounts if there is no direct deposit and also for some that are getting just the elderly credit. I try to do some pro bono every year for Indiana seniors that get the $100 for living on social security. Indiana is not showing the figures on electronic efile. If you look on the efile summary report on the wizard it says even return but has the amount for the refund. UGH try to do something meaningful for those in need and then spend hours on the phone with Lacerte to see what is going on. They are suppose to be fixing it but who knows when

Please clarify:
Are you saying if there is no direct deposit, the efile is not showing a refund?
Which line has the $100 credit for Seniors?

Line 17 of the IT-40 shows the refund but the efile wizard shows no refund and when you look on the electronic portion of the wizard it says even return meaning no refund then shows the amount of $100 or what ever the refund is suppose to be.

The $100 is a refundable Credit and that is likely why the return is even (meaning to tax due or tax refund). What does the client letter say?
