IN return states it can't be e-filed, because $31 is greater than $3,884. How do I fix this issue in the return?

That sounds like the Readers Digest version of the error message.  What does the whole message say?

That's the easiest way to figure out someone's age bracket without actually asking their age 😐

In the error message, stating the return was not eligible to be e-filed.  I couldn't find anything in the IN return that would show this.  I called ProSeries and we eventually figured out it was due to another W--2 that had zeroes this year for IN.  It still doesn't make sense to me, but at least deleting the IN information on that W-2 in the federal return removed the error message.
