Illinois Schedule IL-E/EIC, Step 3 is completed when the return is not eligible for EIC. The Step 3 instructions indicate this section should only be completed if you qualify for the IL EIC. Same issue prior year & we would prefer to not wait until 4/18 this year to get it resolved.
Form OK...Just realized it's only the exemption part being completed and not the EIC portion.
