How to get rid of "Form help" checkbox

We would like to uncheck permanently the blue checkbox that wants us to view form help. We uncheck it but next time we launch the program it's back. How do we get the form help to not auto launch every time?

I can only guess.

Some client in your set still has the check mark there when you closed and it makes this happen.

Use Ctrl +  L to send an message to Lacerte with this same detail and ask for them to decipher. Alternatively call them. They can likely delete some filed that the recall is stored in.

To turn off Forms Help on a certain form, you can check the checkbox on the top of the page. 



To turn it off from all forms, go to Settings > Options (Ctrl + O ) and find to the line "Show Forms Help Icons in Forms Tab" and select No as the drop down.
